About Brightwater Condos Development
After completion, the development is proposed to consist mixed use dwelling units that will house over 3,000 new residents as well as 300,000 sq. ft. of retail, office and community uses that will create 1,000 new jobs. This ambitious community is also planned to have a new waterfront park together with a beach plus ecological gardens linking J.C Saddington Park with the Rhododendron Gardens. This is meant to enhance the Mississauga Waterfront experience. The waterfront and the Lakeshore Boulevard with be linked up with landscaped pedestrian walkways. There has been talk in regards to a potential community centre, probably in conjunction with YMCA.
The development will also include townhomes plus single-family homes. Being the first project of its kind in this picturesque lakeside neighbourhood, it is expected to be a helpful as well as a harmonious complement to the location.
Transit at Brightwater Condos Port Credit Mississauga
Port Credit boasts of its own GO station that serves as a centre for regional transportation. It can get you into the hub of Toronto’s Financial District in less than 35 minutes. Also, the area is set to be Mississauga’s proposed Horontario LRT’s terminus which is slated to be operational this year. The LRT will actually take commuters to places as far as Brampton very quickly, with just three stops in downtown Mississauga.
